Kootenay Employment Services (“KES”) is committed to protecting the privacy of employer information collected and used in the provision of its services.

We collect and use employer information such as company name, address, contact information, and job requirements, solely for the purpose of providing employment services to our clients.

KES will not disclose employer information to any third party, except as required by law or with the employer’s consent. Employer information is stored in secure databases and access is limited to authorized personnel.

Employers have the right to access, request correction, and request deletion of their information held by KES. KES will delete employer information upon receipt of a written request, subject to any legal and contractual restrictions.

KES implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of employer information and to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of employer information.
